Stock in Shelton, Conn.-based TranSwitch Corp. (Nasdaq: TXCC), which has recently been focusing on high definition video connectivity market, is up 20 percent Wednesday after announcing it has completed two licensing agreements worth $4 million with major network equipment manufacturers.
